COMMITTED ATHLETE PROGRAM (CAP) APEX
Are you ready to perform at your best?
The Committed Athlete Program (CAP) APEX program was designed to further push our highest achieving players to play their competitive best. This program is by invite only. Click the program details and the application to be considered for an invite.
Target Player Profiles suited for the CAP Apex program
- Top Varsity Tournament Players
- Players dedicated to improvement
- Consistent record of successful tournament play/improvement
- College bound players
- Invite Only
Player Training:
- November 14, 2023 – July 31, 2024
- Mistwood Golf Dome / Mistwood Golf Club
- Practices Twice a week Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30, 5:45 - 7:15 (MW Golf Dome)
- Additional Apex Only Practices Saturday 7:00-9:00am (MW Golf Dome)
- Additional Apex Only Practices at Mistwood Golf Club (Time/Dates TBD)
Program Cost: $4,500
Program Cost with Membership*: $5500

Target Player Profiles suited for the CAP program:
- Varsity Tournament Players & active members on high school teams
- Players dedicated to improvement
- Record of successful tournament play/improvement
- College bound or aspiring college players
- High School coach referral
Player Training:
- November 14, 2023 - May 30, 2024
- Mistwood Golf Dome / Mistwood Golf Club
- Practices Twice a week Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30, 5:45 - 7:15 (MW Golf Dome)
- April and May practice is at Mistwood Golf Club
Program Cost: $3,250

COMMITTED ATHLETE JUNIOR-VARSITY (JV) PROGRAM
Are you ready to perform at the next level?
The Committed Athlete Junior-Varsity (JV) Program is a weekly program based off our highest-level CAP program designed to provide golfers with a comprehensive and systematic approach to training, competing, skill improvement and personal development in a competitive group setting with their peers.
Target Player Profiles suited for the CAP JV program
CAP JV Player Profile:
- Active members on high school team and aspiring high school players
- Record of successful tournament play/experience (MAJGT, IJGA, Prep Tour, IESA, etc.)
- Age range 12-17
Player Training:
- November 15, 2023 – April 24, 2024
- Mistwood Golf Dome / Mistwood Golf Club
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:00-6:00pm, 6:15-7:15, 7:30-8:30
- 20+ Weeks of training (select holidays and dates off)
- Practices will have a heavy emphasis on the golf swing with chipping and putting work additionally
- April practices move to Mistwood Golf Club with On-Course opportunities
Program Cost: $2,200
